mag. Nina Tomazin

Director / Partner

As a student of architecture, Nina Tomazin worked with several architecture firms and played a part in winning some architectural and urban planning competitions. After graduating, she shifted to the field of marketing communications. She gained some experience as a creative director at the television channel Kanal A before moving to the public relations field in 2001, when she started working for Pro Plus, the broadcaster of POP TV and Kanal A television programmes, and of 24ur.com news portal. In 2004, she received her master’s degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics Ljubljana, with focus on Management and Organisation. Within communication group Tovarna vizij, she co-founded PR Obrat in May 2005. In February 2006, she founded Propiar agency, the director and partner of which she is today. Nina is also a habilitated lecturer for Marketing Communications subject field at the DOBA Faculty of Applied Business and Social Sciences. In 2010 she won scholarship of Cotrugli Business School for Executive MBA program – the scholarship was given to six among two-hundred most promising young Slovenian managers. Once a professional (a member of Slovenia volleyball team), now a recreational athlete, Nina is an active member of different associations, such as IABC (International Association of Business Communicators), PRSS (Public Relations Society of Slovenia), The Managers’ Association of Slovenia (The Section of Woman Managers and The Section of Young Managers), FAM (Association of Female Managers), Rotary Club Ljubljana Grad, and a second generation graduate of Top Class at CEED (Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development).
